Being a firm owner means that there is so much for me to attend to. Every matter that the department leaders cannot handle, they turn to me. Being able to know the feedbacks of the employees as well as know that they fully understand all of the rules of the firm is very vital for me. I greatly depend on my employees in making sure that deadlines are met so their satisfaction with their jobs matter.
